1. INTRODUCTION

GrowwCube LMS (SkillSuite) (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online learning management system (LMS) that enables users to access courses, training programs, and related services under the SkillSuite product suite.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parental/guardian supervision
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. USER ACCOUNT

• Users must register to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation

4. SERVICES OFFERED

GrowwCube LMS (SkillSuite) provides:

• Online courses and learning content
• Subscription-based or one-time access to training programs
• Digital learning tools, assessments, and certifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

5. PAYMENTS & PRICING

• All payments must be made through approved payment gateways integrated into the platform
• Prices are listed in INR (or applicable currency) and may change without prior notice
• Taxes (GST or applicable) will be charged as per government regulations
• Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION

• All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (available on the website)
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days
• No refunds will be provided once course access has been granted, unless stated otherwise

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the platform (courses, videos, text, graphics, logos) is the property of GrowwCube LMS (SkillSuite) or its licensors
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Share account credentials with others

Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
• GrowwCube LMS (SkillSuite) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Users access and use the platform at their own risk

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our platform may use third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user access without prior notice
• Remove content or restrict services if Terms are violated

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, India.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
